| Regional Technical Support I. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Regional Technical Support resource is responsible for the day to day technical support task. The Regional Technical Support resource provides end user support and assist in the management of supporting technologies. This is achieved in close conjunction with Local IT Management and the Global Operation’s & Support organization. II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: •Provide day to day technical support to the business unit. •Participate in global and local technical initiatives. •Monitor Service Desk local resolve group queues and comply with quality guidelines when managing incidents. •Respond to and comply with escalation policies and procedures. III. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: •Bachelor’s degree in computing or computing equivalent or technical-related area together with equivalent working experience •Good organizational and communication skills; •Fluent in and have good knowledge of English; •Strong sense of responsibility; •Service-minded attitude; •Able to deal with competing pressures; •Self motivated, innovative and analytical •Strong attention to detail and accuracy; •Dynamic personality and enthusiastic; •Ability to set priorities; •Pro-active attitude and willingness to put forth suggestions for constructive improvement in provision of service; •3-5 years of relevant experience. IV.
